Have you always dreamt of visiting a royal wedding? There will not be many huge weddings in the coming years, as all crown and hereditary princes will soon be married, so here is your chance. The Luxembourg City Tourist Office offers a three-day arrangement in a three-star hotel for € 165 (double room) or € 215 (single room) a person from 19 to 21 October 2012, so you can experience the wedding of Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume of Luxembourg and his fiancée Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy. You can book until 5 October. Breakfast, and even a meal included it seems. You’ll also be able to visit the exhibition “The Silver Room of the Luxembourg Dynasty” at the National Museum of History and Art (MNHA).
The civil wedding of the couple will take place on Friday 19 October 2012 at the town hall of Luxembourg-City. The religious wedding will follow in the cathedral of Luxembourg-City on Saturday 20 October 2012.
The bride-to-be on 26 August 2012 lost her mother, Countess Alix de Lannoy, quite suddenly, at the age of almost 71. It however doesn’t seem to affect the wedding plans.
